It has a four-way control valve for advancing and retracting a double-acting cylinder. This two-speed hand pump requires fewer handle strokes to move a load than a similarly rated single-speed pump, increasing productivity. An internal pressure relief valve helps protect the pump from overload. The vent-free reservoir helps prevent oil from spilling and is for use in non-vented applications.
